Garry Chapman
Garry Chapman is the principal of Chapman Planning Pty Ltd and has over 20 years experience with Local Government and the private sector. Garry’s experience includes expert planning evidence for Land and Environment Court appeals, the preparation and assessment of complex development applications for residential, in-fill affordable housing, boarding houses, seniors living, child care centres, recreation facilities, commercial and industrial developments and the preparation of planning proposals – rezoning and the preparation of submissions on development applications.
Tim Cooper
Tim has a Bachelor of Planning from Macquarie University and 6 years experience in the Local Government and Private sectors working on a range of development applications and urban design projects. With sound experience in the management and assessment of development applications, Tim specialises in complex High to Medium Density Residential Developments, Childcare Centres and Boarding House development. Tim’s wealth of experience comes from working across projects from inception to completion.
JASON LAMBROPOULOS
Jason has a Bachelor of Planning from the University of New South Wales and has worked in the Local Government and Private sectors for several years. He has sound experience in the management and assessment of development applications. Prior to graduating from UNSW, Jason studied abroad at the Dalhousie University School of Architecture and Planning in Nova Scotia, Canada. His studies included Transport Planning and Architectural History – 20th Century. At Chapman Planning, Jason’s portfolio of projects include Dwelling Houses, High to Medium Density Residential Development, Industrial and Commercial Development, Childcare Centre’s, Due Diligence Planning Advice and Planning Proposals – Rezoning Applications.
Zoe Spurway
Zoe is studying a Bachelor of Planning at the University of New South Wales and is undertaking her planning work experience with Chapman Planning. Zoe has gained valuable experience in the NSW planning system including urban design and assessment of development applications. Zoe has studied abroad at the University College Dublin – exchange in architecture and engineering.
